Have couple answers about self circumcision.

Could anyone share your experience?

I allready cut my frenulum, and now ready for more. May be with some devices - Tara Clamp or else...

Be really careful. There are some big veins in most foreskins that can bleed a lot if cut. Your frenulum must hurt a lot. You sure you wanna do this yourself? You might damage your penis n erection abilities and not just your foreskin by doing it yourself.

But I guess endless primitive men have been cutting off men s foreskins for ages.

Seems a bad idea to do it yourself, when it can be done professionally?

I like my circ, and sometimes wish that it was done tighter, but I have never wanted to try to do it myself.

Two of my friends performed their own self-circumcisions. One used a home-made device with which he simply banded and cut around a tube inserted over the glans. After the job was done he went directly to the hospital, as he had planned to do all along. Beautiful results, by the way. The other friend used a Gomco Clamp. He had some basic suturing skills and was able to do the job without going to the hospital and he healed without complications. In my own case, when I expressed an interest in doing my own circumcision to my urologist he said, "Well, ok, but before you do it call me to let me know so that I can be available in case of an emergency."

So, your options are clear: Do the circ any erotic, sadistic, primitive way you want as long as you know you'll be making a trip to the hospital. Or, learn some suturing skills.

I would also add that deciding to not do it yourself, even if it's a the last minute, would bring you no shame.

I'm not saying to abandon your plan. I am always in favor of having only medical professionals do medical procedures. But, the reality that many men do their own mods is something that I can't ignore.

You have a urologist that is willing to step in for an emergency. Would he not also be willing to work with you? Maybe have him get everything prepared, and let you watch. Even keep you informed step by step so you feel as if you were more a part of it besides just laying there and seeing the results after it's over.

I'm doubtful your urologist will let you actually do any of the cutting during their procedure as this might but his practice and license in jeopardy.

But, letting your watch, even letting you have a friend in the room who can watch as well, can make it feel more like "you did it".

Did you take a close look at all the different ways circumcisions can be done to decide what style and placement of skin cut you want and like best on your penis? The main ones are high n tight, low n tight, high n loose, low n loose. Do you want to keep and expose more outer penis shaft skin or more inner tender foreskin on your penis? How far down your shaft do you want that kind of skin to show on your shaft? Plus different combined variations between those. Each requires different cutting n prep n tools. Are you ready to choose and know how to do those cut styles and how and where to cut and sew or clamp each style and skin type to get it to heal up the way you want it to be, function, n look?

There s more to it than just a stretch n chop, especially if you bleed a lot. Emergency medical care will cost you a lot more than a routine dr s circumcision. If you get cut wrong or it gets infected, or it heals wrong, won t close correctly, or it affects your erections, or pulls scrotum skin up your penis shaft, those cost a lot to repair, redo, and treat too.

Are you sure you re ready and trained for all that? It can t be put back on once its cut off if its done wrong. Its a one shot deal if you cut too much off or cut the wrong type of skin off.

Getting cut right to get the penis to look and stay a healthy n functional cut penis the way you want is much more complicated than it seems n looks on videos.

I'm totally sure of performing circumcision by myself. Of course I can go to a hospital, that's not a problem. But I want do it myself. I've made this decision months ago and there's no steps back.

So, I'd like to see more advises than trying to get rid of my decision. I'm here exhactly to make it carefully. Safety furst. I love my body and my penis and I don't want to harm it. But i really do want perform circumcision by myself.

I advise anyone who wishes to do something of this nature to do it in the company of your most trustworthy friend. Then when (or if) it all goes bad you have someone who will do what is needed to be done in your best interest even if you don't want it done like that. A true friend will defend your body and your self with all his strength and ability. This is the advice I give to all who seek to have modifications done, no matter by whom be it a cutter, doctor, friend, spouse, relative or even yourself. Yes, at times we need to be protected from ourselves as well as from others. --FLO--

Ok you heard all the warnings we could give you.

Next is what skills and tools do you have or need to have to do this safely and skillfully? You honestly evaluate what you can safely do yourself. You need to decide exactly what do you need to learn before you do this and what tools and supplies you will need and how to work those correctly.

Then you decide what circumcisions methods match your ability.

Decide are you more interested in how you do it? Or more interested in how you penis will look and function after getting cut and when you are all healed up?

Do you skills and abilities match how you want to be cut? Do your skills and abilities match how you want you penis to look after it is done?

You will need to learn exactly how to do the method you want or learn a method that you can learn to do perfectly and safely that will give you the circumcision and changed penis you want.

You will need to watch all the detailed online videos you can to see how different kinds of circumcision tools and surgery work. You should talk in detail with people who have done successful citcumcisions to teach you and answer your questions. Learn what can go wrong in circumcisions, how it goes wrong, how to prevent yours going wrong, and what you need to do if your circumcision goes wrong.

You will need a backup safety plan on what you need to do if anything goes wrong during the circumcision or after it as your penis is healing and how to pay for any backup medical care you might end up needing if anything goes wrong.

You will need at least one adult there when you do it who knows what to do to help you and get you to medical help if anything goes wrong. Your hands might be full holding your bleeding penis and not be able to drive or stay conscious to get to help.

That s a lot to do before you will be ready to cut your foreskin and know exactly how and where to cut your foreskin. Plus you need to decide and know which skin, your inner foreskin, or your outer penis shaft skin you want showing after and how to do that cutting to make it look the way you desire.

Doing a lot of preparation is the safest way to do this and to get yourself trained on how to do it the way that will circumcise your penis so it turns out the way you want it to end up.

All I know is, as someone said that in an adult there are lots of veins that can bleed. If it was me, I'd want a professional to do it who can give a neat result! But you seem to have an idea of what to do. I think there are clamps that give a neat ring scar, like I have (done when a baby). Guys who have it done as adults usually have it done with a scalpel, and you get a V shaped cut underneath. Best of luck!
