Over time they disappeared.

After 10 years my cords are still there and still can be found without much effort. Also, my scrotum has not shrunk much if any. This may be partially because of my advanced age when I was castrated (I was 62). --FLO--

It's an interesting question. My thanks and respects to the gentlemen who answered and have real-life experience.

However, I've considered this question many times for the purpose of writing eunuch fiction. I thought it would be interesting if the eunuch could still derive pleasure from having the cords lightly squeezed or stroked.

If you want them palpable, have the person removing them make the cut across the cord as close to the testicle as possible. Mine were removed that way, and I could feel the cords up inside my scrotum until I got nullified.

If you don't want them palpable, is there any risk to asking for them to be cut as far up as possible? If I'm doing this, I want them really, fully, gone.

I want my testicles gone but need to find a reason for my urologist to say that it is necessary.

I want them palpable after castration. The cutter will try to fix them on the scrotum.

This is the reason Why I'm asking. It was new for me that they are shrinking back and are never to touch after any time.

So it seems to be true mostly, ok.

My urologist told me he cut them as high as he could. I could feel them for a while after the surgery but now I can't feel them even if I try to.
