A man ripped off his genitals this week after his jeans got caught on a spike as he climbed over a fence.
The unnamed 27-year-old was drunk when he attempted to leap over the metal railing in Kuznetsk, Russia.
A spike at the top of the barrier pierced through his trousers and left him hanging by his manhood.
He eventually managed to free himself and staggered to a local hospital bleeding profusely.
The man’s torn-off penis and part of his jeans remained attached to the railing.

Locals in the town took pictures of the penis still impaled on the fence, before posting the images on social media.
Police confirmed the incident to Progorod58 local news website.
A sources said: ‘The man said no-one else was involved in the accident.
‘He impaled himself while climbing over the metal fence.’
