Testicle reabsorption after CaCl or Alcohol use

I have used both CaCl and Alcohol over the last few years in an attempt to become a eunuch. The doctors took one of them early on but refuse to remove the second even though it is quite hard and lumpy. I am curious and have done some reading about burdizzo and it is said that after use on cattle or such, the testicle material is re-absorbed by the body after the infliction of the cord destruction. Does this occur as well for humans that have used this method? Why does this not seem to happen to obviously damaged and necrotic material after injections?

All I know is that mine shrank to smaller than a small grape but didn't totally absorb after 2.5 years and was removed.
