Male to Eunuch unpredictable complications?

I am beginning the 'psych eval' of eventually becoming nullified and becoming, after nine years of patience and persistence, a eunuch. I have been reading as much as is allowable about this, and still consuming history books which is my main interest being retired, and have not jumped into the process of posting new threads ad nauseum. But this is something which is of concern to me. I was wondering how many eunuchs on this site have had things which were unexpected following surgery and either becoming a female eunuch or (my personal goal and preference) a male eunuch? I told my shrink whom I have known for ten years now, that I intend to take small amounts of testosterone and will insist on having a pee hole because my preference is to become a eunuch male. So, to the eunuch community who are eunuch males I need to ask if you could respond to this post sooner rather than later as I get the feeling I will have my long-awaited surgery by the end of this year. THANKS !

I was castrated first, penectomized 10 years or so later. I had a complication with my penectomy because I developed an infection, but most do not have this issue. This led to a stitch popping at my urethra opening, which resulted in a stricture I had to have a second surgery to repair. Things are good now, but it took me a year from my penectomy to be completely sorted.

Again, most don't have this complication, I guess I was just the one in a hundred that do.

Mostly I've not had any other issues. You will learn quickly that men are filthy creatures as least as far as toilets go, so expect to run across dirty restrooms once in a while. You will learn quickly in your local area where there are publicly accessible restrooms that are clean. I still enjoy my body, and most other nullos I speak to also have similar enjoyment.

I am pretty sure than LT is right. The great majority have no trouble at all. I had a little wound infection that after all settled without any drama but a nub of scar remained at the site. I had this and the empty scrotal remnant removed uneventfully and all has been good since.

I did not have the penectomy and reroute, just castration and scrotum removal. It has been very good!

I had absolutely no problems with mine. I healed very quickly by following the doctor's orders/recommendations. Actually, I was able to start mowing the yard in about 7 days....using a riding mower of course. Even after my scrotum was removed, I had no problems. Too bad there are so many hoops for a man to jump through to have removed what he does not want.

I was castrated almost 20 years ago - still attached to my cock. No complications! Castrated on a Saturday. Went out to supper Sat eve with the cutter and friends. Drove home (140 km) Sunday and went back to work on Monday morn. Especially if everything is done professionally, there are seldom problems.
