I think this is a real video, but could be wrong (I'm admittedly gullible with videos). I can't say whether that's true or not ... although I did think it was strange that, every time he moved the phone down to his genitals, he inverted it instead of moving it straight down.

Regardless, his story was moving, which makes me believe he was telling the truth ... especially at the end, where he sped up nervously and stuttered a little. There was a kind of desperation in his retelling, and in his (understandable) defensiveness.

It did look that way to me too, all a bit lopsided, in fact I tried to copy it to test it out and to be honest I found it tricky to make it as convincing as he did but maybe I just have a bigger cock or smaller balls
