I was looking at Evista on some online pharmacies and noticed that the same item (84 Evista pills) ranged from £101 to £170 on the same site, depending on the laboratory.

Is is there any meaningful difference between these, or is literally just different brand names charging a higher price? I kinda wanna go for the cheaper one, but I don't want to discover later on that they're some kind of rip off shitty brand!

One difference I did notice, is that some have "n2" and some have "n3" in the product name.... not sure if that's relevant?

I don't take that specific medication however in my experience it doesn't really matter where the drugs are made or whether they are generic or name brand.

For example, with CPA I have tried name-brand Androcur, I've tried wockhardt stuff made in India, I've had generics from the UK, and others, and all seem to work exactly the same to me. No matter where my meds come from they do the same high quality job of keeping my testosterone super low. I've had the same experience with estrogens; regardless of location where they are made, name brand or generic, they all work as intended.

I imagine the same would apply to raloxifene though maybe one of the people here who takes it could weigh in and confirm or deny my statements.
