Due to injury along with heavy CBT play several years ago I was diagnosed hypogonadal with total T of 31 & free T of 4. Yes, essentially castrated as the symptoms no erection, shrinking of my penis & no energy is the reason I sought treatment. Every three months I am required to get a blood test & each time CBC, etc is always with normal parameters. I use cypionate injections. My question is can you purchase cpypionate online? Due to useless blood test every three months I am looking for an alternative. Besides inconvenient, the tests are expensive, considering for years the tests are normal , once a year test would be acceptable, although, when I suggested this to the physician the reply was NO. Aggravated & considering going off T due to the inconvenience the physician is causing.

I would get a new physician, as purchasing the testosterone with a RX is very easy. When I was on testosterone i only had blood work once a year with the general physical.

Injury/Heavy CBT play and your present condition must mean that your testicles are messed up. Did your doctor do an ultrasound? If your testicles are not producing sufficient testosterone, you could consider HCI injections to see if they'll plump them back up and help them start functioning again. Personally, I don't think your doctor is very good. He might be using the blood tests to see if your testicles are producing more "T" but if you're using testosterone replacement, that will keep your testicles from making more testosterone. I can't understand the reasons, go find a female urologist. My experience is that female doctors/urologists are more compassionate in these areas.

You can also purchase "compounded testosterone" in a cream form, from several Apothecaries, Pharmacies, but you'll still need a prescription. The good thing a bout compounded testosterone is that it's cheaper then the "other gel" and works just as good. $50. $60. bucks for a months supply.

Thanks This is all new to me. Necessity becomes the mother of invention pertaining to I am not going to continue to return every three months for a script & blood work. as you said Once a year should be sufficient. Had not considered bodybuilding thanks for the suggestion.

easier said than done as they all are sprouts from the same branch so to speak & I dislike having to go somewhere else for treatment but may be the only option I have.
