I've stumbled upon a private healthcare provider in the UK; Nuffield Health.
Has anybody had any experinces with them, in regards to an orchiectomy?... I am thinking of contacting them as they have a Hospital relatively close to me
What are your experiences with other private healthcare providers in the UK when it comes to castration?

The only dealings I have had with them was a full medical examination.
This was part of our companys tax free perks scheme and I felt a check up was about 55 Years overdue.
I guess they can a t least put you in touch with someone who will do this.
I found them to be very good.
I don't think they do this sort of work and if they did you would need a good medical reason for it or be seeking SRS.

I asked them some years ago. They said no unless I had a full set of documents/psyco reports and so on. Basically if you can persuade the UK NHS to have you castrated they would do it .

Thanks both of you for the replies.
I guess it was a long shot anyway, to go for nuffield.
I did find a comparison website to help in my search;
https://www.medigo.com/en-gb but I have not been successful yet in finding a place on there. I did, through the website, make contact with a clinic in Kiev (ukraine) by contacting them directly by mail (medigo want a lot of money to just relay your message to them; screw that), they were one of the cheapest on the site and with them being eastern european I thought the chance of them providing me with an orchiectomy wouldn't be as overly stringent as western european clinics are...
...I didn't state for my reasons for this operation, but the choices they gave me were for either prostate cancer (approx 1600euros), or testicular cancer (approx 3000euros). Both prices include pre-op examination. These prices were much more than what they advertised on medigo (inguinal orchiectomy), but this could just be due to the more complex nature of the conditions. I'll contact them back, but my hopes of them being willing to do this for my reasons seem slim now. But it's still worth a try I guess. I will update on what they say.

UPDATE.
So in the end, I didn't have the chance to have an orchiectomy with them. After replying with personal info that they requested (height, weight, age, medical condtions), they replied...
At such young age and in the absence of oncological pathology, such irreversible operations are not carried out. You are forced to refuse this operation.
Sorry!
Best regards
The age bit I can understand, but "absence of oncological pathology" seemed perplexing as they did not first mind the fact that my reason (chronic epididymal hypertension) was not oncological. I proffesionally and courteously replied to them stating this, and that my condition demands such vitally needed treatment. I even stated that I am aware of the risks, complications, and side effects of an orchiectomy, but that they don't at all outweigh the risks of NOT having one. Perhaps because I mentioned I suffer from anxiety, which is what has probably casued me to seldom have angina pain. Or maybe it was just my relatively young age (23)? Who knows. But I still recommend others to try with them, but I only advise that you don't mention you have any psychological symptoms (anxiety, depression, etc), and don't mention your age if it is relatively young.
I may even try with them again under different reasons and details, if I can't find anywhere else that is.
