temporary orchiectomy

Hi!

I've thought a lot whether it is possible nowadays to cut off balls, put them into liquid nitrogen (like they do with some rich people who are put into hold for future treatment) and later lets say after few years take out of liquid nitrogen and sew testicles back. Succuessfully besides.

Theoretically it should be possible for twin brothers, if one is castrated, attach one or both balls to castrated one. there should be no incompatibility problems. Interesting if there has been any similar cases.

By the way this is also an idea for story writers to work on.

Erik

Apparently most urologists say it is not possible to reattach one's own testicles if they are severed. Of course they are discussion accidental severing which is not a clean cut. I suppose if they are severed for the purpose of reattachment maybe chances are better. I have the feeling that freezing them in liquid nitrogen or using testicles from another person (even a twin) is not viable with current medical knowledge.

However, it might be fun to freeze ones balls with liquid nitrogen while they are still attached. Just a thought ...

Erikboy--

This story writer already wrote about this. :) The story is called, "Eunuch and back again" and can be found in the story archives.

why would you do THAT?

also, why would you cut off your testes in the first place if youre just going to reattach them later?

Why ask why? Everyone has their own reasons for doing things, some people have given you reasons for wanting Castration in other threads, and the biggest reason is the overwhelming urge that can't be explained for wanting it done.

Well I can see why you might want to reattach them latter. I know a few people might regret being cut, not everyone realizes that castration is right for them. Also a few people may eventually find a partner and want to have kids, well if they hadn't prepared for that they would have to have balls reattached. Although it is always best to make a deposit to a sperm bank before getting castrated if there are any doubts in your mind about having kids later.

I loved the physics demonstrations where they would take different objects and freeze them in liquid nitrogen then shatter them. One professor I had would bounce a rubber ball on the ground, then dip it in liquid nitrogen, drop it again and it would shatter into tiny shards. I've seen a similar demonstration with a boquet of roses -- they shattered like glass after freezing.

It would be an interesting experience then to freeze one's testicles then hit them with a hammer ...

Unless you have an incredibly high tolerance for pain AND you are seriously suicidal, do not, repeat, DO NOT dip your scrotum and testicles into

to you. Somewhere between the part which would be permanently destroyed and the warmth of the rest of your body there would be an area of very severe frostbite. Hospitalization would definitely be required and there is no guessing how much of the lower part of the body would be permanently damaged. It could do enough damage to be fatal.

How does it work when they freeze off a wart using liquid nitrogen? And what happens if you dip the head of someone's penis in liquid nitrogen?

Warts are relatively small, and they don’t freeze them solid. Enough liquid nitrogen is applied to give frostbite to the wart itself so that it is killed. There may be a small bit of frostbite beyond it, but a small enough area to do no serious damage. The body can heal easily enough.

I’ve had warts removed this way, and there has definitely been a small area of frostbite beyond the wart some of the time.
