I have finally managed to clamp my right ball with the burdizzo. Hope it will die soon. Used lidokaine spray for the scrotum and also injected the lidokaine.

After 15 minutes after clamp some pain appeared((

Don't inject topical medications! It's dangerous! Potentially life threatening. The chemicals other than the active ingredient (this case lidocaine) is a LOT different that the injectible versions.

Sure. I used topical lidocaine outside and used lidocaine for injections - two different liquids.

Actually the pain was not so serious. I have managed to sleep. And now I feel good now. No pain at all. But I'm a little confused. Looks like I have clamped not only the cords, but hitched the external tissue of the testicle.
