Hi. I'm new to this. I have the products named above. I've been all over this site and the web trying to get advice on 1. correct dosage 2. how to take it. If it was here and I missed it I apologize in advance.

If anyone can shed light on this I'd appreciate it. This is intended to be a trial run at libido reduction/elimination prior to surgery. I'm thinking of doing this for a year or so until I hit 65.

I have been taking Vitex for 4 weeks going on my fifth soon. I have my own post on the subject in the Chasteberry (Vitex Agnus castus) thread. I've been taking 2 pills twice a day thats 826 mg of vitex for 2 pills. According to my Doctor it's a gamble it could work and it could not work. It depends on your physiology. I know you are supposed to take it fo rmore than 6 weeks for it to start to show effects. Good luck!!

Thanks. I started with 1 dropper of the Chastetree (1 ml I suppose) for 3 days. Now I'm upping it to 1 ml/2xday. (on empty stomach with 150 ml water.)

Day 1 I felt a bit flushed after the first few hours. Not noticing any signs or symptoms now. I'll report back when I notice changes.

I have 2 bottles of Chastetree 50 ml. The experiment is to use up both and observe the results. Then switch to the Vitex. 2x50 ml same procedure. By the time I've used up all 4 bottles I'm hoping for a drop in libido.
