Surgery options - in between?

Post by felixtemin (imported) »

So I am non binary and intersex (complex mosaic, including XY and XX)

Last year my hormones went crazy, I grew breasts, in three weeks I had a b cup.

Then I had a radical bilateral Orchiectomy for suspected neoplasms.

I made a choice, and I am transitioning to the middle, hrt estrogen heavy, no testosterone.

This is through my doctors, and health insurance.

My question is this, what are the surgical options if I want to keep my penis

I have spoken to my urologist and transition team, who are asking me for specifics.

If I could have both I would.

But was thinking of having scrotoplasty, with a perineal urethostomy.

Has anyone heard of surgery involving the creation of a neo vagina, or just neo labia. While keeping the penis (which at this point is a large clitoris

Thanks

No, I've not heard of your situation in the past. However, the lead surgeon at the practice that nullified me might be interested in speaking with you. He seemed open to various options so long as the proper therapist letters are obtained. Though this fits outside of anything he's done before, to my knowledge. PM me, and I'll send you details.
