Triple Lecithin

I've decided to go with triple lecithin as my first experiment in lower my libido with OTC products. Triple Lecithin has a Soy product in it which is the ingredient that lowers libido.
I found thsi Information:
According to another study, young female hamsters fed the soy isoflavone genistein showed physical signs of sexual maturity and interest in mating much more quickly than female hamsters that matured naturally. For boys, soy isoflavones appear to have the opposite effect; delaying or retarding sexual development.
.
Part of the problem is that soy isoflavones mimic estrogen so effectively that they are able to bind to estrogen receptors.
In young girls, they can therefore "turn on" the physical and emotional characteristics of puberty. (Soy is not the only factor causing preconscious puberty however. Other environmental estrogens play a role too, such as BPA, pesticides, supermarket meats, tap water with estrogen from birth control pills, and more.) Precocious puberty is worrisome, as girls who go through puberty early in life are at increased risk of developing breast and uterine cancer, both of which are strongly influenced by estrogen.
It also says that Soy products can enlarge male breasts. (NOT a side effect I'm looking for) I'm praying that that doesnt happen to me.
It says to see a Doctor and let them know youve been taking Soy products if you have these signs:
Breast cancer
Infant abnormalities
Kidney stones
Impaired fertility
Brain damage
Thyroid disorders
Immune system impairment
Severe, potentially fatal food allergies
It does not say at what levels soy would cause such things..
These are some other complications that Soy based products produce:
High levels of phytic acid in soy reduce assimilation of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Phytic acid in soy is not neutralized by ordinary preparation methods such as soaking, sprouting and long, slow cooking, but only with long fermentation. High-phytate diets have caused growth problems in children.
Trypsin inhibitors in soy interfere with protein digestion and may cause pancreatic disorders. In test animals, soy containing trypsin inhibitors caused stunted growth.
Soy phytoestrogens disrupt endocrine function and have the potential to cause infertility and to promote breast cancer in adult women.
Soy phytoestrogens are potent antithyroid agents that cause hypothyroidism and may cause thyroid cancer. In infants, consumption of soy formula has been linked to autoimmune thyroid disease.
Vitamin B12 analogs in soy are not absorbed and actually increase your requirement for B12.
Soy foods increase your body's requirement for Vitamin D3.
Fragile proteins are over-denatured during high temperature processing to make soy protein isolate and textured vegetable protein.
Processing of soy protein results in the formation of toxic lysinoalanine and highly carcinogenic nitrosamines.
Free glutamic acid or MSG, a potent neurotoxin, is formed during soy food processing and additional amounts are added to many soy foods to mask soy's unpleasant taste.
Soy foods contain high levels of aluminum, which is toxic to your nervous system and kidneys.
These are possibilities not definite will happen if you take soy products. Despite these risks I'm still gonna check it out. I'm sure that everything has it's risks.
Typical Doses go from 1 to 35 Grams of Lecithin the stuff I bought has 1.2 Grams per pill so It should be safe I take 2 pills a day so that is 2.4 grams That is comparatively a low dose so I would think that the adverse effects would be minimal. But I'm no Doctor.
I've been taking it for 5 days now.. Havent masturbated once.. But I want to wait a couple more weeks just to be sure its working.
