Yes, money talks. You'll have to go through a short 1 hr consultation with a pschologist, but it's just preliminary. Tell the doctor what you want and they'll do it. https://www.medigo.com/en-us/clinic/mal ... 7e6c3832a0

Well the Medigo site is a strange site. They want 99 US$ for help. I registered one time and to ask to a hospital you have to pay them 99 US$ and no guarantees. I think this is just a fake site that wants your money for nothing. But I saw there was a threat about this subject before and it is not so easy in the Philippines.

How about Russia? :)

You're in the place, tell us how things are going there, what are the possibilities...

Try Dr. Anthony S. Joson. He's a cosmetic surgeon and also does orchiectomies. I had inquired before and he seems to ok with non-SRS guys asking for it.

Russia? I don't think. It is very difficult. Hospitals under strong control. Department (ministry) of healf of Russia and republic (oblast - province e.t.c) controls the hospital. Most of hospitals is state. And attorney (procuror) controls hospital. Removal of healthy testicles is hard injury for health. Part 111 of Russian criminal codex. Up to 10 years of prison. And end of medical career....

Hi Sprbggr,

Your profile doesn't accept emails so I'm replying here.

The last time I had consulted was 2015. His clinic assistant quoted 30,000 pesos for the procudure. He does orchiectomy mostly on trans but he's ok with non srs guys. You could schedule a consulation with him to confirm. He does orchiectomies via local anesthesia.

He does most of the procedures in this clinic: https://m.facebook.com/pages/Renew-Medi ... 0140572678

Well my Philippine girlfriend called the doctor and he said he did not do it for older people. Only for very young people. He said she was already the second that called this week so I guess more people called him this week. I think so far only Dr Arnkoff or Dr Thep in Thailand do it. If somebody knows another doctor who does it in the Philippines please reply.

Oh. That's new. I guess he had some issues with older guys maybe due to age related conditions. I inquired when I was 33 and he did not mention any age restrictions for the orchiectomy. I'll try to look around for another one as I'm also planning to have mine done when my schedule permits it.
