Danny, regarding the first part of your post ... if you seriously have "pain" (you wrote "plain," but I think you meant "pain") on your right testicle, then I think you should make an appointment to see a urologist. Pain is a warning that something is wrong, so please, don't take chances with your health.

That's not likely to work. If one is healthy, they won't take it out as a preventative, even if the other were cancerous.
