You still might have to be interviewed by a Psychologist or Therapist for about 1 hour before surgery, but that's usually just a formality. Getting a Transgender surgeon in the U.S. to perform this surgery without transition is going to be difficult. You would need to see a psychologist and or therapist, depending on the demands of the surgeon. The reason being, some Transgender surgeons have been sued by multiple people who went through surgery, didn't like it, and then sued because they said the surgeon did not sufficiently prepare them for life after surgery. So now it's a lot more difficult to get this surgery, especially if you're not transitioning. It would be nice to be able to walk into a transgender surgeons office and tell them what you want and schedule the surgery, but it's not that easy. So back to the original questions. Are you willing to pay and are you willing to travel? It might be a once in a life time opportunity.

I know of a guy named Joe who had everything removed in Malaysia during a business trip. He's a complete nullo and said everything went great. Getting this surgery in Thailand or Malaysia is still pretty cheap, between 4-8 thousand depending, plus travel. They have top quality surgeons and have a good reputation of patient care. P.S. You might want to ask for a larger clitoris. Some who have had this surgery have said that their refashioned clits shrank and have become hardly visible and they are not as orgasmic because of it. Others who have had this surgery state that a larger clitoris makes orgasm easier and more fun. Basically the penis glans is formed into a clitoris, but if I were you, I'd tell them you want to keep it large sized. If it shrinks a little, it'll probably be perfect.
