Well, they probably did it as a satire (maybe with purposeful feminist slant) on those articles on how to best pleasure a man's penis that are common in every woman's magazine.

The reason I find it interesting though is the fact that these women's minds "went there" to the point where they actually went through the trouble to brainstorm, write down and illustrate their ideas. For some of us, the idea of women finding "castration" topics interesting and amusing is a turn on.
