I have been told by a close male friend that to self castrate you can take painkillers to numb the pain of physical castration. He also told me the best tool to use to perform self castration is a razor sharp surgical scalpel to slice along the join of the scrotum and then to take each testicle by two fingers and to slice the veins etc to remove each testicle

He has not told me this from experience as he has yet to be physically castrated as I am

I have a high pain tolerance but I guess even for me the pain would be excruciating, even with a high dose of painkillers.

I have mentioned in another thread I have posted that my girlfriend finds it difficult & painful to accommodate my penis inside her. So obviously I come erect without warning being in the enviable position having a large penis when erect. For this I am also as well as physical castration seriously considering partial penectomy so I would still have a stump, Obviously being physically castrated I would not be able to orgasm except from the gland I forget the name of. The advantage of the stump would allow my girlfriend and myself to play with the stump as a penis with her able to enjoy my penis without the pain of penetration

Has anyone else here had a partial penectomy rather than a full penectomy? How are you finding life with to all intents and purposes half a penis? Are you able to become erect?

As things stand at the moment my gf & I only have to hug cuddle & kiss for me to be sexually aroused as it is for me the intimacy of closeness that arouses me sexually to the point I insist on penetrative sex. My gf readily submits & takes me inside her even though she feels deep pain from my penetration

Please, don't do it self! The cut is to close after it otherwise you could die on lost too much blood.

Also bad infections are not really nice!

If you really want to castrate you, use the method of injection of ethanol and you will need no long time for being castrated.

After it, your testicles will be useless and small and the doctors don't have a problem to cut the balls off.

If you only want to lower the need to penetrate, try penis banding for numbing penis! This is also very effective against this feeling.

I'm banding the floppy penis 4 times very tight (with silicone-bands or so) for 25min each time. After this sessions you are numb for around 2 weeks and you dont have the desire to penetrate her but you can enjoy a more female sexlife. This is very nice!

She can play with your floppy penis and you can't get errect or only a bit, but dont' to think it is possible to penetrate her with it.

Also lowering your testo chemicaly you will arrive this goal, but the sideeffects could be also a bit bad.

I have discussed my intentions with my gf & she partly is supportive though she is scared I will change; as others here have said I will lose my sex drive. I have always felt sex is secondary in a loving relationship. One thing I am uncomfortable with is felatio with my gf. I feel this has no place in a loving relationship. If I want felatio then there are hookers who will do it for you. My gf has expressed to me she enjoys felatio but I can not bring myself to let her do it for me. I suppose double standards apply as I perform cunnilingus for her which she enjoys

Your penis is hydraulic -- the stiffness comes from a large increase in blood filling the internal structure. To cut those veins and arteries with a razor invites bleeding out (bleeding to death). Also, your body might go into shock even without you feeling the pain and that would result in death by exsanguination too...

Please don't do that.

If you really wish to end erections, do a chemical castration for a few months to understand what a more permanent procedure will be like. If that is what you want, then get a doctor to do the castration and use TRT to maintain whatever level of sex drive you desire.

Another option for 'self' castration is have someone perform the operation for you.

My gf & I have discussed this & I did ask her would she be prepared to do this for me. She agreed as long as I instructed her as she did it. I have since heard if someone castrates you it is tantamount to section 18 assault (GBH) & of course if I were to die in the process she would be up on a homicide charge & at risk of receiving a minimum eight year life sentence. She has still agreed despite that risk to do it for me as she obviously loves me deeply as I do her

If I were not to do it myself I feel I would prefer my gf to perform said operation on me

If we go ahead I will have to make it look like self castration so as not to implicate her legally; even if I were to bleed to death.

Anyway that is an idea we are floating as even though my gf has agreed to do it I don't feel she has considered the legal implications fully; more than my safety which, as I trust her, than hers by way of legal implications

We have practiced with a knife, she taking my testicles in her hand and squeezing them and then sliding the tip of the knife along the join of my scrotum. Up to now we have just practiced but if the time does come & she agrees to do it for me, then I will have to make sure she is not implicated legally.

Obviously whilst she does this now I am sexually aroused and afterwards we have penetrative sex, even though as I have previously stated she finds it uncomfortable taking me inside her. We hug cuddle & kiss as we do so she feels more comfortable
