No testosterone, meaning no erections the penis will shrink to prepubescent size. Depending on your overall weight it could become berried in fat if you are on the chubby side.

It will shrink to prepubescent size, but you won't mind since you have become sex - neutral

Question--will these effects be reversed if one (hypothetically) begins taking testosterone HRT at some future point in time (for whatever reason)?

I went 2.5 years no T and have been on T for 10 months very little if any regained size.

I do not have nocturnal erections anymore either but by wife's sustained stimulation I can get erect. Can't get erect though by self stimulating after 2.5 years no T and 10 months of T replacement.
