The pain of elastration

From having tied my penis and/or testicles off using normal rubber bands in the past, I know that within 0.5-1 hours of applying the rubber band, intense unbearable pain will start. Normal painkillers like Tylenol don't seem to help any.

I wonder if the following method of castration/nullification is viable:

(1) Order narcotic anagelsics (painkillers) from one of those overseas pharmacies. (Which overseas pharmacies sell them, and what are they called?)

(2) Take the painkillers, then use an elastrator to band off your scrotum and/or penis tightly. (Will narcotic painkillers be enough?)

(3) Wait 12 hours for the tissue to die. Leave the elastrator bands on. (I'm assuming this will be enough to keep the dead tissue from infecting the rest of your body.)

(4) Go to the hospital and tell them you were in a BDSM scene that went wrong. (Will they try to commit you for being insane enough to have gotten in such a scene? Will the police question you and try to arrest your imaginary BDSM partners? What to do about that?)

Not a good idea. You need a way to pee, other wise you could end up with kidney problems.

I've slept 8-12 hours without getting up to pee in the middle before.

Although, the body generates urine slower while it's sleeping. So it may not be feasible to go that long without peeing while awake. (Not drinking anything, then peeing for the last time a few hours after stopping drinking might help.)

This also wouldn't be a consideration if only the testicles are being removed.

what is BDSM? why would you cut off your circulation then go to the hospital? why do you want to be castrated in the first place?

i saw on jerry springer once this guy who tied off his penis with a rubber band

BDSM is used to describe a number of things, BDSM stands for Bondage Domination Submissive Master or something similar.

Cutting of circulation then going to the hospital is probably the safest and easiest method to get castrated it you can find/afford a doctor/cutter that is willing to remove healthy nuts.

By cutting of circulation you are killing the testicles and hospital will be forced into having to remove them to prevent serious problems from having dead tissue attached.

The biggest problem with this method seems to be can someone handle the pain from the elastrator long enough so that the hospital has to remove them.

Does anybody know how long the testicles and/or penis would have to be banded for removal to be necessary?

Mac,

That really depends on a number of factors, I've heard of people having problems just banding balls for about an hour, and then others have claimed to ban balls for 3 hours or more.

It sounds as each person is different, and it also depends on what sort of bands/device you chose. From my readings the penis is more resilient than the testicles.

I can't really offer any real numbers for both since it varies so much between people. Plus I DON'T recommend trying it that way.

My official stance is to seek a qualified doctor to perform it on you. Any other method you are taking life and health into hands and I do not want to be responsible for someone screwing things up.

With an elastic band the testicles would probably survive for a very long time, but an elastrator or Eze/ Callicrate assembly which is far tighter, the result would be more certain, even so still capable of recovery (as was mine) after over six hours!

Strangely if the tighter bands are used, the pain is not so great, and I know of one successful friend that was successful and experienced much less pain than the elastrator. I suppose the maxim "tough and tight" works best here.

I wonder if it's possible to get a nice, scarless crotch this way, totally smooth except for the urinary meatus, like in this picture:

However, that picture was a result of surgery done by a doctor experienced in sexual reassignment surgery.
