Hi there!
heres the story behind this thread:
http://www.chet-plasticsurgery.com/cosm ... al-vagina/
what do you think about this?
is this only an option for mtf-persons
or also for other kind of desires; like instead of going nullo, someone could preserve a little clit and have a more
"slit-like" look, but without a serious vaginal opening...
i haven“t found pictures about this surgery-(results)... someone else probably?
greetings

Yes of course it serves others who may not really want or care about penetration after genital removal. I would also guess and suppose that you could also ask for and tell the surgeon that you really don't want the look of female anatomy, no labia or slit, and he would accommodate you. This would be the ultimate surgery for men who want their genitals removed without becoming female anatomically. There are probably some who would want everything removed, without any left, no glans clitoris, no shaft, no testicles and or scrotum. Again, if you asked just for genital removal and no formulation of female anatomy, I'm guessing he would remove everything at your request. So too would Dr. Arnkoff here in the US:

If you're going for that, why not go all the way and get a vagina?

If you do it for aesthetics.
No dilation, quicker recovery, lesser risks. If you do not care about penetration - it would work. mostly. You get the external parts, you get about same structures on the outside.
(look up dilation schedule and time required over first few months and you would understand what I am talking about).
Technically - after that is done - you can get sigmoid colon vaginoplasty if you really want that (though this is theory, I am not sure). And it has other risks/problems.
PS. Also - costs - it is a bit cheaper. Though doing it for cost reasons alone... no.

In my case and at my age, recovery and healing is a major concern. And as fhunter pointed out, dilation is a pain. The schedule is around 30 minutes three times a day minimum for several months. Orgasm is still possible with the partial or cosmetic vaginoplasty as there is still a clitoris formed but no penetration possible which is no big deal since I am married to a cisgender woman. Plus to be absolutely honest, I would need a skin graft to get much depth.

After orchiectomy you have taking hrt _ estrogene or testosterone.
I wish to have orchiectomy and penectomy with clitoris and a vagina without cavity. But?
Are there some people with some experiences?

At my age and given my marital situation, I could also be satisfied with just the genital transformation without the vagina.

I am with Mac. But to go even further, remove everything, reroute the urethra and make my body look as smooth as my stomach all the the new pee hole.
