There are many natural Anti Androgen Foods you can consume without seeking 'help' from "paid" sources. Do not expect 'over-night' results. They may make your testicles non-productive (depending upon WHAT you choose to use), but I have never seen evidence of 'shrinkage'.
There are many concoctions people 'swear by', but not so many long-term studies to prove it.
There is or was a thread in the forum about calcium chloride injections that did cause dramatic shrinkage, but left a touch of hormonal influence. Use or do so at your own risk.
'Natural anti-androgens' for men would be Phytoestrogens, which are isoflavones. The highest concentrations of isoflavones are found in soybeans and soybean products followed by legumes, whereas lignans are the primary source of phytoestrogens found in nuts and oilseeds (e.g. flax) and also found in cereals, legumes, fruits and vegetables.
A huge non-food anti-androgen is Bisphenol A (BPA) plastic. Many web sources for that . . .
Soybeans are one of the easiest-to-obtain, highest-phytoestrogen natural foods.
Studies have shown male children and young male adults who routinely drink soymilk and consume soy products DO develop feminine characteristics, or do not grow as 'normal' males might be expected. There is an epidemic of young boys with breast development and low "T", because of the soy consumption in the USA and Canada (dramatic increase in last 20 years). Soy flour and derivatives are in EVERYTHING these days . . .
Evidence of soy effects on boys in Africa is starting to show up since relief organizations depend upon soy products as foods and supplements, especially baby formulas. Micro-penis and genitalia has been attributed to the use of Soy baby formulas in orphans who never get mother's milk.
Lack of proper male hormones in early development is also attributed to the 'epidemic' obesity and other North American 'couch-potato' syndromes.
Many, many (web) search results defy need to post further.
The Asian herb, Pueraria Mirifica has the most phytoestrogens present than in any other natural source (not as easy to obtain).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pueraria_mirifica (there are several websites dedicated to this herb's use). Supplements are widely available in pill and capsule form, and you can use it as a tea. Purity may be in question, so order from a reputable 'store' (avoid E-bay type places where vendors are not regulated).
Saw Palmetto has been in use for Prostate ailments for centuries. Native Americans used it religiously. Studies prove it does shrink the prostate and remove bad antigens. It mostly forces the prostate to 'purge', or get rid of trapped bacterium's or contagions. Your prostate is a body filter, like kidneys or liver.
Chaste Berry (Vitex agnus-castus, Fruit) has been used by catholic monks in recent past history with dramatic results. Historical records state it 'deadens' desire, and will eventually shrink the penis from lack of use or erection. Never read about it shrinking testicles. Stands-to-reason, though . . . Modern monks don't use it, or at least don't admit to it's use (likened to 'cheating', or avoiding the 'pain' of chaste living).
