Does it happen even when on testosterone or estrogen? Usually by which percentage it shrinks?

For me shrinkage was at least a third but has not shrunk any more since going on T.

Shrinkage happens with no erections, mostly with without any hormones.

I've been on low dose estrogen for 13 months, since my orchiectomy. Since I don't have any spontaneous erections anymore, I've had shrinkage somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2. I wish it was more.

I had a very average size penis most of my life and it served me well :) Prostate cancer in 2006 changed a lot of things. The radiation cooked a lot more than the cancer. Mt T levels dropped to just below 300. I could still experience a satisfying orgasm but no more erections or ejaculations and my penis started shrinking. Prior to castration I doubt it was two inches. Now it's two inches on a "good day". At 72 that's ok.

I've heard that losing weight can make for a larger penis, supposedly an inch for every 30 pounds. Who knows? But it sounds reasonable.

A year on Chemicals followed by Calcium Chloride and then surgical castration has a real effect on the cock. Mine has shrunk at least 25% in all dimensions. Its getting smaller all the time, long may that continue.

This may be a silly question. Does the penis suffer shrinkage if a normal T level is maintained after castration?

It is about 2 inches long now and never get erect anymore. What do you expect? If you are serious about castration, you have to expect it. The strength loss it the hardest thing to accept.

After going 2.5 years no T then starting T 10 months ago no regained size for me and a number of other things have not returned which is great. The brain fog, non ability to sleep, aching and lack of stamina worst
