Hi, I'm new here. I've been interested in castration for years and I've read that the scrotum removal may be an additional surgery and that it's not as easy as it sounds.

I'm not interested in a complete removal, I'm ok to have some sking left (that is also helpful for a potential future srs) but I definitely want the big sac to go.

I'm posting some examples taken from porn sites to make you understand how I want it, can you tell me if it requires some additional work?

We'd be glad to help - though before even seeing your photos, I've seen a guy who looks like he was never born with a sac, even if he was surgically castrated.

Hmm. If you don't want a scrotum, it is not hard to get it removed.

If SRS is on your mind, best, not to burn bridges?

My scrotum has shrunk to where it is really pretty insignificant over time 3 years.

My scrotum did not shrink at all, so after 9 months I had it removed so it gives a smooth appearance like nothing was ever there.

My urologist said he could reduce the size of my scrotum when he castrated me last year. I also asked him about a total scrotum removal at a later date. He said it's possible but it's considered elective cosmetic surgery and insurance wouldn't cover it so I told him to take as much as he could and he did. My guess is it's less than half of what it was before the surgery but I wonder how much of the shrinkage is simply due to the fact it's now just an empty sac without two testicles inside and how much is due to the reduction. I'd like to have the rest of it gone but my main goal was to be a eunuch and I achieved that so I'll most likely live out the rest of my time with things just as they are.

Keep in mind the fact that those beautiful scrotumless pictures you're viewing on porn sites have possibly been photoshopped.

Using Bio-Oil on you scrotum over a period of time will shrink it.

Where do you purchase Bio-Oil?

Walmart, Walgreen and Amazon is a few places. Women use it for stretch marks after giving birth. I used it to tighten my loose scrotum after it was removed and it worked. It doesn't work over night but over time.
