Actually think Thailand is better and perhaps more sanitary. Plus for about $9 to $10 thousand dollars, you can fly there from the east coast, spend a week in a beautiful place and also have your penis and testicles removed with a reroute. Actually, if you shop around you can probably get it done cheaper. Can't beat that price. Sorry, India is just not as beautiful or as clean. You will need to see two Thai psychiatrists to see if you're sane enough to go through with it, but you won't have to live as a woman for a year plus. It's just about the money and the urology department will set you up with the psychiatrists. As I understand these psych appointments last less than an hour. They don't really care, you're a foreigner and you'll leave after the appointment and they'll have their money. You could also get labia made (no vagina) for a little extra if you want.
