All drugs? No. What about andriandrogens?

I took a lot of these drugs but none of them caused impotence.

I'm on valsartan and amlodipine for hypertension plus bupropion for mild depression. The combination has definitely reduced my sex drive, and made erections much more difficult to achieve. I'm never able to get fully erect. I absolutely love the combined effect! I also hope that my penis will shrink permanently, but it is already definitely smaller, flaccid or erect (1" shorter).

I'm on effexor and clonazepam. I have noticed that since starting the effexor it's more difficult to climax. My sex drive is as strong as ever until halfway through, then it just kind of slowly turns off.

There's a reason why folks call it "no-sex-or" and be aware that the withdrawal syndrome from Effexor is quite painful with chronic headache - lasted 2 months for me.

That's quite a list! It might have been easier to list the drugs that DO NOT cause impotence and erectile difficulty.

On me Valsartan has no effect.

It didn't for me either before i addded other drugs. Not sure what combiation did the trick, but no complaints.
