I have an appointment with my primary next month. He should be sufficiently convinced when I take my shirt off to write the prescriptions I want for testing and make the referral to an endocrinologist so I can monitor things and make the transition easier. If I have to, I will do it entirely with herbs. The next hurdle will be paying for surgery. Mentally, the vagina is already there. It always has been. All I need right now to pass is makeup and hair. If you want a safe effective and cheap suppressor, Saw palmetto is amazing. It's $12.00 for 120 600mg capsules at the local drug store. If you catch the sales it's even cheaper. Best yet there is no doctor involved.

Amen to that. I go to a large chain drug store and check the dates on the bottles. It poses potency over time. It's very important to read the label. To achieve the results I am feeling, I am using three times the recommended dosage for a post op cancer patient. I got hot flashes from it until I started feminizing with Black Cohosh and Dong Quai. Again I am using heavier doses than would be used to control hot flashes, because I need more than that amount of Estrogen to get the desired results. I cleared the dosages with my cardiologist. I have an atrial arrhythmia, and need to watch out for clotting. The Dong Quai is very good for that. The Chinese use it for that purpose. It's most important that you read the labels. Date is important. Go to a reputable vendor. Prolonged use of Saw Palmetto will cause testicular shrinkage. That is in the literature. It's nice not having a strong libido. It's nice not having wild sexual urges. It's nice being really calm and serene. My ADD is gone. I can concentrate. I'm much more patient.
