Hi, I have browsed a lot but never posted. I am interested in Eunuch history. I am interested in removing my penis but still having a healthy, function urination. I've just been denied far too many important surgical procedures by doctors at the last minute for whatever reason they think I should not have it.
I'd love to remove my testicles as well, but the bone problems and low testosterone are too severe. I wish there was a way but I would also rather power through it with will power, I know sexual urges will still be prominent unless you remove your testicles. But I could try training by not doing anything sexual for a whole year, then if it works maybe I won't need testicular removal, just penile removal.
It would be a gift to have both removed and still be healthy but low testosterone and subsequently, bad bone health is too drastic for me. I value those things too much, unfortunately.
This forums activity is slow so I'll be patient but may not reply if I forget.
What if I'm denied, then what?

There are ways to mitigate bone density loss. I have posted a lot on this with useful links about diet etc.
