A young doctor and his wife attend a medical convention of doctors and wives. Everyone is seated in a big circle as a senior surgeon describes a recent procedure he performed. "I had to cut off man's most important appendage."
The young doctor's wife stood up and asked, "did you have to cut right thru the bone?" Immediately every doctor and wife in the room stood up and applauded her husband.
