I am trying to compile a do it yourself Kit. I have orange bands and an elastrator
All I need now is liquid injectable lidocaine/xylocaine/lidoject. As many people know you need a prescription for such. However, if anyone happens to have some/left over from even a pet's surgery I would like to buy it. Hit my email at tmontgomery44@gmail.com. comments/concerns....

May have to adopt a cat.

i would go with alcahol or calcium cloride, faster and a lot safer way of doing it.
banding is fun but not safe.

Elastrators have multiple failure modes that result in the loss of a patient. In the beef industry, this isn't such a big deal - they can cut their losses by selling veal - but if the ring slips, you bleed into your abdomen. If gas gangrene sets in, the infection can turn into septic shock. Given that they work by causing semi-controlled gangrene, nastier infections are a substantially nonzero risk.
DIY, in general, is a terrible idea, but alcohol or calchlorin injections are much less terrible. Think "sore for a day" not "going mad with pain" and if you prefer to be rid of them instead of merely shutting them down, most urologists prefer to remove testicles damaged in this way - just have a plausible story of taking a tennis ball to the groin, or skateboarding down a rail and landing on it, or something - that kind of trauma looks pretty similar under ultrasound. Others find that once they've shut down the endocrine function of their testicles, they can't be arsed to have them removed; others still find they shrink, go numb, and become retractile.
TL;DR - banding is too dangerous for humans.

Injectable lidocaine may require a prescription, but you can get externally applied lidocaine (5%) creams and the like from Amazon.com. Suitability depends on what your "kit" is for. Numbness from such products is generally only skin deep. Probably wouldn't be enough for a DIY orchiectomy--not that I'd recommend doing that anyway.

When using the kit, make sure to do it right outside the ER doors.

And do not forget to plan time off for psychiatric evaluation and/or a real good story how that happened.

Ok topical lidocaine. Does anyone know if the pain gets worse after two hours or is it constant. Two hours being how long I went my first and only time trying this. 24 hours+6 is my goal. I've read that after 12 hours it becomes numb.

Ok, you got to the 12 hour point, one way or the other. Testicles are dead (probably), scrotum is dead, definitely.
What is next? And no, cutting does not work. Can't google it, but there was an image on bme? with results of band and cut. "A hole in perineal area" describes it accurately, considering the location - there would be problems with healing.

Yeah, I've seen photos of that gaping wound. Not pretty.

Yes, the pain keeps getting worse. I've got a pretty remarkable pain tolerance thanks to a lifetime of migraines and after 4 hours with a big wide band on me I was ready to do ANYTHING to get that band off. When I cut it off I punched my king bed so hard it was knocked across the room. I was drenched in sweat, nauseated, and exhausted.
You can get injectible xylocaine with and without epinephrine (which increases the duration) from blueskydrugs.com

I've got some in my drawer right now, and I never had a prescription. Get some needles at the Walmart pharmacy and bingo.
All that being said, don't be an idiot. You'd likely have similar luck trying to DIY a lymph node removal as your testicles. Stop wasting cash on fast food and cable TV, save up for for however long it takes for three grand, and have Dr. Arnkoff remove them safely in his clinic. Heck, he'll even give you a receipt so you can write it off on your taxes. Then you can begin to enjoy hot flashes, dry skin, muscle loss, sleep problems, brittle bones, and erectile dysfunction. But hey, at least you won't go bald and your castration fantasy will no longer turn you on.
