Celadon over at http://www.asstr.org/~pza/ has informed me that he's found the original author's ending to the story First Boy.

Ganymede sent 10 chapters in five parts to Eunuch Archive in 2000, but the story was not finished. Checking in the title index I found that C van D wrote in 2012 a conclusion to these 10 chapters.

But.... Ganymede did finish the story, he wrote 26 chapters and send those in four parts to Nifty in 2000 and 2001 (He mis-numbered the chapters, part 2 starts with a second chapter 10). - see http://www.nifty.org/nifty/gay/adult-youth/first-boy/

For some reason he did not sent those 16 later chapters to Eunuch.org

These should be posted at http://www.asstr.org/~pza/ by next weekend, for those interested. The story tags would be G, Minor, Testicles for those interested.
