A Good One

I got in a good one yesterday morning that I am almost proud of. I had to run in to our fair capital city for supplies. I like to stop at a Waffle House (yes, I am a redneck) because 1) I do not like Belgian waffles and they do the original types and 2) with the counter setup right in front of the grill there can be more interaction with the staff unlike the isolation of being in a booth or table off somewhere. They have a friendly group of people and that is probably most of the reason I stop. So I placed my order. There had been several people ordering right in front of me. After a bit the waitress was walking by with coffee and told me that my order would be up shortly. She happened to see my order done right then, gave it to me and said, "Well, it doesn't get much quicker than that." Without thinking, my mouth opened and out came, "You are a virgin, aren't you?"
