What's it feel like being castrated and taking no hormones after?

the first 4 weeks without HRT were without any libido and hotflashes several times a day. now i am on nebido1000 every 12-14 weeks

Been there and done it, as have many round here.

The flashes pass, and then I felt very good. Mood was more social but less libido, more emotional -happier and sadder, with more empathy. Less muscular strength, and probably would have put on weight if the diet had not been watched. Had I not had a partner who needed intercourse, I'd have stayed without T. Now, I'm on replacement T and not so much different from before.

I´m not good example but I can share my experiences. About 3 years before castration doc recognised at me a hypogonadism, my T level was below lower limit for long time. So biggest hot flashes and moods I experienced few years before castration. Now I´m almost 2 months after, no T replacement, weak hot flashes and night sweats, but I can feel myself great overall. The weight gain about 1 kilo, libido disappeared, but I´m still able to penetrate after manual stimulation.

Of course this is my experience and may not be yours or anyone else. I have been without any replacement hormones for over 18 years. As a boy I was never comfortable as male but did not want to be female. I did not hate my testicles but I did not like what they manufactured. Since castration I have felt my true self so I am in a natural state for my mind.

I had most of the regular things that happen when the T levels drop. I had the hot flashes and they could be rough. Luckily I was castrated in December because I could always run outside or roll down the window on my car for a blast of cold air. Reduced body hair along with a shift to a more feminine fat pattern. Of course penis shrinkage happened. I still think about sex, have erotic dreams and masturbate. So much for a total loss of interest in sex. While I still have interest the lack of hormones has killed my drive to fulfill the fantasies.

I had the first anniversary of my orchiectomy recently (6/6/16), and I have not taken any hormones. I feel wonderful; better than I ever have in my life.

When I look at my performance at crossfit and cycling, I actually think I have lost some physical strength and endurance, but I can still do fine in both sports.

I had a lot of hot flashes in the beginning. They bothered me a little bit at first, but I don't think they were as bad for me as for others. I still have them sometimes, but they aren't overly uncomfortable. Sometimes I notice that I feel a little warm, and I realize that it is a hot flash.

I actually haven't masturbated since November of last year. I have to admit that I will look at a pretty girl once in a while, but I don't ever desire any form of intimacy with them, not do I have fantasies about them. I think this is my favorite part of being a eunuch.
