Hello, i recently met a couple where the "man" is about to loose his precious. She told me that he will able to become erect for long moments with specific medication, but he will be unable to even ejaculate. I have to admit that the idea pleases me a lot. Husband and i have a real interest in castration (more penectomy from his point of view). Can you please give me advices on it? Thank you very much, Laura

Dear MaitresseLaura1,

Maybe if the man take hormones “testosterone”, the penis can have erections.

I think you are talking about alprostadil it is sold under the brand names Caverject, Edex, and Prostin. It is injected into the penis and expands the blood vessels aiding erection. There are also pellets that can be put into the urethra. Viagra and such do the same thing.

Have him wear a strap-on. He can theoretically go all night without ejaculating since the sheath diminishes the sensation. Assuming he still has his testicles or is otherwise is using supplemental testosterone if he is castrated, he'll want to keep going until you tell him you had enough.

Is the guy on testosterone replacement therapy? If not, erections may be a challenge, but as someone pointed out elsewhere recently, a penis can be kept erect by compressing the outer blood vessels (where the out-flow is) with light banding, e.g., a rubber band around the base. In-flow is deeper within the penis. My hubby had best results with a Velcro zip tie when his penis was numb and he had a hard time maintaining an erection. Since his penectomy, of course, a dildo is the answer, though he's pretty good with just his hands and tongue. If you're into penectomies, there's more than one way to have sex.

thanks to everyone for the answers. My husband has a deep fantasy abour loosing his penis but keeping balls and prostate to stay horny as hell with no way to achieve an orgasm. For my part, i'd prefer him without balls and prostate to be able to use his "living dildo" for long times then to simply push him away when i have had enough. We both are looking for the more frustrating life possible for him.

Removing one's testicles will, over time, typically significantly lower the eunuch's desire to have sex, unless he uses some amount of supplemental testosterone. Being able to remain artificially hard for a long time, but without the drive to perform, isn't going to accomplish your goals if his libido is completely gone, IMHO.

I kind of doubt that removal of prostate is possible without negative outcomes or losing/lowering the ability to get erect. Too many nerves and blood vessels controlling erection a close to it. Also there is a risk of incontinence.

My hubby had the same fantasy as your hubby's, and it has been fulfilled. He has no penis, but his testicles and prostate are functioning just fine. What we've found is that, yes, he gets horny, but that doesn't prevent wet dreams or even orgasms if one is patient enough and he's horny enough. Prior to losing his penis, however, his penis was numb for a little over a year and a half, and during that time he was not able to achieve an orgasm, at least by anything we tried. During that time,

without the help of banding, but with a Velcro zip tie around the base of his penis, he could remain erect essentially indefinitely. If the objective is to deny him orgasms and to be able to use him as a living dildo, it would seem that permanent numbing of his penis would be more effective. It is also easier to accomplish and far cheaper.

Just wondering if you have though about putting him in a chastity cage? From what others have mentioned if he's castrated and not on HRT then his interest in sex will diminish. I'm guessing that would be the opposite of what you both want to achieve. I know a lot of people in my local fetish scene that have tried chastity in one form or another and love the results. If he turns control over to you, then you have complete say over not just his orgasms but even his erections.

It might be something you could try before considering surgery or chemical means.
