The lost of sex drive is the easiest part after castration, you just slowly lose interest for sex and you don't miss it. Castrated men still need love and affection. So don't be surprise, if you turn completely bottom and it is also common that heterosexual men to turn gay in order to get this love and affection.

Reducing my sex drive and treating my sex addiction was one of my motivators for castration. After 18 years as a no T eunuch I do masturbate and have erotic dreams. It has been a few years since I last had sex with someone. What has changed mostly is even though the fantasies are there I do not have the interest to fulfill them.
I must say my desires and erotic tastes have not changed any since castration. My fantasies are still not what I might call normal love between two people but often a little extreme. While castration reduces the drive it does not fix the brain. I started life too early as a cocksucker and that sadly is still part of my identity. Luckily I am no longer driving around town looking to offer my skills or driving to another city to their adult bookstores.
