The loss of all that testosterone can cause/will cause his body to react wildly. Hot flashes, sleeplessness, but the worst thing is severe dark depression that will overwhelm him. I coudn't see the vid (Paolo's post) but from what I can gather from some of the replies there is a need for a drop in clinic that does this sort of work.

i assume the kid is in the hospital at this point, hopefully getting his perineum repaired and any infection controlled. And of course a stay in the psych ward. I'm feeling guilty since I've always been intrigued if not obsessed with castration, but seeing this young man do something so dangerous, almost to appeal to a fetish is frightening.
