Prozac & Ritalin are anti -depresants, but are also quit useful in weakening a powerful cock.
This combination is often used on young and underage sex offenders to reduce their sexual activity without making them completely impotent.
Example; a 18 y/o sex offender is subjected to mandatory masturbation therapy.
He cums 3 -4 times a day in 2 sessions ( 1 in the morning & another in the evening )
After one month on 20 mgr Ritalin + 4 x 10 mgr Prozac / day
His endurance is down to 1 cum every 2 days... that equales 3 -4 cums / week.
he also wears a monitoring device that keeps track of his penile activity..
anyone having similar experiences ?

Is this a quote from something, or a story idea?

This is not a story idea ( although material like this could be inspiration for some hot stuff as it involves him wearing a monitoring device that records 24/7 his penile activity, mandatory masturbation with a machine, & medication to weaken his cock ) Nor is it a quote.
I got this data from a ongoing conversation with a 18 y/o sex offender who is in a treatment program in Europe ( similar stuff does also happen in U.S.A, Great Britain & most other western countries )

While some antidepressants do reduce libido, I suspect that your 18 year-old is pulling your leg. I work with some of the experts on reduction of libido of sex offenders. None of them has ever mentioned anything like this. It just doesn't seem real. It certainly doesn't happen in the U.S. or in Canada.

Don't believe most stuff on the internet, there is allot of outright incorrect information. (Even on Wekpida but it usually gets corrected )

It´s known that antidepressants have a loss or a reduction of libido as side effect, but I haven´t read bout using alone just for libido reductions purpose and As other drugs they might carry some others nasty side-effects....

I will say, that without giving too much information, I have had some experience with boys in residential care near here.
About ten years ago, a lady I know worked at one of these "homes". Prisons is more like it. After an interview and being "on the list," and given the door code, I was allowed to visit, and make deliveries if need be for the job I had. I was rather close to this lady; we know each other quite well.
One day, while helping her stack laundry (someone had called in sick, and the supervisor approved it), I developed a headache. Not unusual, given all the rowdy, screaming boys there. She got the key to medicine cabinet out to fetch the Tylenol, it reminded me of Fort Knox with all the locks, and I noticed ALL these bottles of anti-depressants and the like. There was a list of boys' name taped inside the door, with medication, name, age, and reason.
The reason on EVERY SINGLE BOY down to age 8 was "Reduce/eliminate sexual desire/ability".
This place also used Depo Provera, as I gave her a ride when her car broke down on a shopping run. I saw the bag of it when we were unloading her car.
The place is also no longer in business. And it was a business, make no mistake. Seems they had a problem with reports of abuse and some scandals that someone called in...

This shows that "anti-depressants " are also used for " reducing / eliminating sexual desire & ability".
In my own case, my mom did also put me secretly on medication to do just that: preventing me having gay sex with a boyfriend....

I later found out about it.
I recall several instances that I could not get it up when being with a boyfriend...at that time never suspecting it was her...

None of these medicines are "inocent" and may give rise to thoughts of suicide, and high blood pressure ( that 18 y/o was also screened for his bloodpressure before he was put on the "anti depresant " cocktail....
