foreskin shrinkage

I am not so good at writing down my experiences , but I have castrated myself with help from reading articles here . Some things I have read about have happened and some have not. my penis has shrunk I very rarely get erections and they don't last long. I did not read anywhere that my foreskin would shrink , it is very difficult to withdraw and is very tight when I do. is that common?
