Intro to me

Due to a variety of issues I now find myself in the predicament where I wish to be rid of my old small hard numb dead balls.

They do not make sperm or testosterone. I fear they may become cancerous. They serve absolutely no useful purpose any longer. I am old and have no need for them. I had hoped that an ultrasound, which I had done, would suggest that they should be removed. But no such luck. I would not bring myself to suggest or request that they be removed. Since there is no cancer in them there is no medical reason to remove them. Still I fear 2 things: 1: Cancer; 2: Surgery. It is a debacle that I am dwelling on. A personal issue to be sure, for which I do not ask for advice. Just feels good to put into writing and complain to myself about my predicament.

I have taken a wait and see course for a long time. It is just getting to the point where I don't want to wait too long and maybe develop cancer. But I just don't have the balls (pun intended) to ask my personal physician to refer me to someone who can remove them. Seems that women can have their breasts removed if they have some risk factor but men can not easily get their balls removed. Seems like many people who post on this site either want to be or have been castrated by choice, not so much by medical need or fear. I too want to be castrated by choice, out of fear, but fear on many levels is holding me back as it has always done in the past. I guess I just keep hoping that someday there will be a medical need to have them removed and I can avoid facing my fears.

Let me reply to my own post and add that I use to have large low hanging "bull balls" so to speak. They flopped around whenever I would masturbate. Some perhaps envied me. Some perhaps despised me because they wished they had the same. My dick was average in size but my balls provided me with much pleasure and pride. My problems started when I chose (for an unlikely reason now days) to get a vasectomy. An infection set in; it was painful and scary. I survived that, but that was not the end of it. In the years to follow, on several occasions, I developed a bacterial infection in both balls. EXTREMELY PAINFUL. Eventually, as best as I can tell, the last infection caused irreparable damage. My balls shrank, got very hard, lumpy, and to my relief became completely numb. To my horror they became so small that I appeared to be a eunuch. Now, after many more years, my right ball is completely retracted upward into its upper canal. My left ball is so small as to not even appear to be there at all. Essentially I am visually, and functionally, a eunuch. No sperm, no testosterone. The best my doctor has done is to prescribe Androgel. It helps stabilize my testosterone level so I can still get an erection and manage a small ejaculate. And have a few sexual fantasies. There is some pleasure in this. I have started to enjoy viewing true eunuchs on a tumblr web site. I fantasize about actually being without balls rather than just appear to have no balls.

The fact that your balls are ascending is reason enough for concern. If you exaggerate the pain and your T levels are so low. A good urologist will remove them for all the right reasons. I think that you should go back to your doctor and complain of intense pain and that will set things in motion.

Mine were like that and no good from the outset from childhood. The problem is almost no doctor will remove them for whatever reason. But I finally did find someone who'd be willing in Pennsylvania at last. I think there currently is one north of Detroit.
