How much would penis shrinkage and how fast? Would it possible to wear a swimsuit? Are the effects faster on estrogene?

Over a couple of years, I believe my penis shrunk about 30%, am on estrogen but doubt it was a big factor. Just tuck it in if you want a flat front.

OK, in my case I wasn't castrated, but I had a prolactinoma which reduced my testosterone to sub-female levels. I did not have erections. The tumor went undetected for 15 years (very slow growing tumor) before I was finally diagnosed and treated. After treatment, and HRT I have erections again, but my erect penis had lost 1-1/2 inches in length and 1/2 inch in thickness. None of its previous dimension has returned. Obviously, in my case, the shrinkage took a while but if castrated your mileage may vary.

It shrank back to the size it had been when I was prepubescent (age 13-14). Took about 3 years. Erections are possible but do not last long (mostly nocturnal). Tried HRT and erections became very strong and annoying. Oops! No more HRT for me....

But the body needs hormones for health. Small doses of Estrogene prevent erections. Are the feminizing effects to strong after castration?

My penus shrank by maybe a third but the texture is most noticeable (shriveled,very limp in how it hangs and if squished very little substance to it. Six to six and a half inches erect before and very hard now without TRT four to four and a half inches and not very hard). With TRT just recent size has not come back but does get hard enough for intercourse. Breasts enlarged quite a bit enough I could wear a bra and has still increasing even on T which I hope remains.

As they say here, YMMV, but to add what happened off T and then on T:

First, the penis went down to between !/2 and 1/3 of before. It had no erection, but was small and not as soft as before. I guess the erectile stuff wasn't there so much. After the flashes, I felt very good. Maybe the best ever. Then, to keep the wife and bone density, I started T. There were many changes, The erections returned after a couple of months, and full size gradually came after a couple of years. With no T, I started a couple of fine breast buds and bigger buns which have now mostly disappeared again. I kinda miss them. We are not at the end of the journey, and if we have learned anything, it is enjoy life and be careful what you wish for. It could be very good, but make sure it is really what you want before you choose. I hope you are as happy..

Small doses of estrogen enhance erections rather than prevent them! Persons with estrogen have much more endurance and last much longer than those with primarily testosterone.

I was castrated in August 2015, and have been on low dose estrogen since July of 2015. In no way can I say that estrogen has "enhanced erections rather than preventing them." Well, unless you consider the fact that the complete lack of spontaneous erections IS an "enhancement" for me! As for having "much more endurance and lasting longer," that's only reflected in the sense that it's more difficult to reach orgasm.

When that little thing deflates after the first go around, you must make it inflate again and make love the second go around. And then after you feel the tingling in your feet, hands, and the body flushing over again along with that gentle sweat and catching up on your breathing you must make that thing inflate once again and repeat the process ad infinitum.
