She tricks her client into giving her his left testicle if she can keep his wife from getting too many assets. When his wife finds out about his secret Swiss bank accounts (or something like that), he agrees to double her fees (not realizing she was serious about taking his 1st testicle...).

By the end, the lawyer had his wife take almost nothing, except his penis, stuffed and mounted; after all, since his legal fees included both of this testicles, he had no more need for a penis.

There was something along the line of him not concerned with her having anything of "sentimental" value, just anything of real or cash value.

I also recall that the wife had a plaque for his penis which read "When I divorced, I got the shaft".
