Hi all!
I'll loose your fertility, you'll losse your erection probably, you'll get a weight, and even maybe breast. WHY YOU DO IT?
Just curious.
Thank you for your answer.

I'd imagine for some it might be to get an idea of what life without testicles would be like. Others might want to experience being castrated without actual surgery. Each person varies.

I only seek an possibility to lower my very extreme sexdrive, so that I can do the other things in my life without the every time thinking about sex, because it is exhausting.
To lower testo is not the right way, I have found out. This has too bad sides and I have absolute no energy without it.
Better seems to be a lowering of DHT ant I'll try nandrolone at the next weeks. This makes the penis a bit numb and so he cant forces me feelings any time. It makes my mind free and I have a very calm sexdrive, more a female type with much kissing and the need to cuddle.
So is this very nice and I hope I can hold this condition.

I´m MtF and maybe that explains a lot, however there are many other reasons reported here.

I have low sex drive, but forced to chemical castration. And my fears is drawbacks, no sex at all, breast, weight... If it possible to still have sex okay once a month, its a deal. Do you, there som drugs to restore after CC.

I did want to see what it was like with little or no testosterone. Now I will also have the added effects of estrogen when I begin HRT in March.

I did it because my doctor thought for a while that an enlarged prostate was pinching a nerve. The effects were pleasant, and different, but the pain didn't go away. We moved on to more aggressive, precise drugs than finasteride.

i decided on chemical castration because i was having a desire to physically castrate myself because i did not have the money to do it surgically. also i already had breasts form a risperidone treatment as a child. i don't mind the inability to father children because i have Asperger syndrome which is a form of autism and is genetic and i don't want to bring into this world another person with autism because i know how hard it is to deal with.

I tried it a couple of years back.
Firstly I tried A generic Androcur (Unfortunately I kept getting headaches with this) and Depo Provera.(This worked well for me).
I have an identity problem with my nuts (Biid I believe) this I have lived with since puberty (Now in late 50's).
Going back to the original post for me chemical castration was an experiment of life with no or low "T" and to see if I could get on with life should I have my little orbs removed.
For me this worked well and I found an answer to my dillema.
I simply did not like the lack of energy that I experienced and was generally feeling "Down" and a bit emotional.
I guess we are all made differently and this wasn't for me.
The answer at the moment is split between managing my mental problem or going about this surgically followed by a lifetime of T shots.
I found chemical castration to be most useful for finding out where I want to be and I woud cite this as my main reason.
