Sorry if I've missed it somewhere, but how does one post stories to the archive?

Plix (one of the former story editors) posted a set of guidelines in 2007. It has been slightly up-dated by later editors, but it's still a good idea to read it over before you submit a story. They're not complicated, just a bit detailed to cover most contingencies.
