stories archive login issues

Has anyone else had issues with logging into the stories archive? Suddenly the system reported that my user id or password were incorrect. I have used the id and password for as long as I've known about the eunuch.org. I created a new id using the same user name. However, I still cannot access the stories archive. Any help would be appreciated.

You must sign in to the message boards (here) at least once per year to maintain your registration. If you do not you are considered inactive after a year without signing in. You are then deleted. Visit the boards on occasion. Visiting the story archive only is not sufficient.

Also, which name did you register with? Rupert9443 is not registered.

thank you for explaining why my id was deleted. Quite surprised it's been a year since I accessed the forums. I have once again created the id and followed the instructions via email to activate the account (rupert9443). the message in the page states it is waiting for moderation. This is the same message I received prior to my last post. I Imagine I've done this all correctly.

If you still have problems, it's also a good idea to toss your cookies (the computer's cookies) and dump your temp files and such. Generally, just clearing out the cookies will solve this issue.
