" I think that you're asking whether spirolactone is the product that you should use for chemical castration and whether anyone here knows the address of a doctor in Thailand who can castrate you. If I misunderstood, can you write your question differently? I believe you will get more useful answers if more people accurately understand your question. Andy, I can't answer about spirolactone but as for doctors, I would think any of the doctors who perform sex reassignment surgery in Thailand would also do an orchiectomy. Just do a search for SRS Thailand or GRS Thailand.
