I love how the women laugh when they hear about it. During the show they also show the audience pics of what remains of his genitals (they don't show us though) and you can see their reaction there (which is more of shock).

It is interesting how he describes the actual act -- sort of a psychotic break really as he didn't feel pain, doesn't remember it clearly, didn't have regrets while going through the act.
