as you can read also here (http://forums.eunuch.org/showthread.php ... ing-advice) I am currently trying natural progesterone cream with dosage of 10-15 mg/day.

The package instructions says for post-Menopause women to cycle by taking 25 days per month then pause.

Does it make sense for a very low T man to also cycle or should you use the progesterone continously? What is your opinion or is there any evicence?

Only natural females have this cycle. You can use it when ever you want it.

what will progesterone do for me ? I have been castrated , What will estrogen do for me?

The biggest advantage for women to cycle P4 is that it helps sensitize E2 receptors. P4 (avoid provera/map) has many health benefits (physical and mental) and also helps suppress T.

Hi, thank you so far for your input and thoughts! Here is a short update:

I have been off the Progesterone now for about 10 days and just started back two days ago - so far I noticed the difference in sleep (sleep like a Baby with P) and my nipples are erect like pencil erasers again (which also was the case in the first run).

I use natural micronized Progesteron cream - it is in a dipenser where each plunge delivers up to 20mg, which is seem to be too much for men, it however is difficult to just press the Plunger half way exactly, what is what I try to do.

P4 (micronized or Progesterone USP) has a sedative effect and is best taken at night. It has a very short half life so it's best to take every day for consistent levels. It has good effects on bones, blood chemistry, heart and mind. It is a natural T and DHT agonist as well. Provera MPA was popular since it has an extremely long half life but the side effects are nasty and the complete opposite of bioidentical P4.
