I have read an article online (I am not sure whether to post a link to a site which instructs someone to perform a castration upon themselves so I wont).

It is claimed that during castration (I assume either self or by a surgeon) an erection & ejaculation occurs. I would guess the ejaculation would be a last action as the testicle removed

Would anyone know if this claim is true?

I always thought it was a trope overused in some erotic stories?

Thinking back to my castration I cannot imagine having an orgasm in the midst of a surgical procedure. I did have one right before I was numbed for my last orgasm. Interestingly it was far from my last orgasm and I still had ejaculation until my levels dropped post castration. To this day I still enjoy orgasms, not very frequently but glad I can enjoy them. In surgery I think you would either be numb or in pain to enjoy an orgasm.

Clearly the article was fiction. Don't believe everything you read online.

Well... I had a single orchidectomy of my left testicle three days ago, but I did not have an orgasm. I didn't feel anything in my lower halve for a few hours.

The only interesting thing is that when the feeling after the epidural returned I had a bit of a longlasting pre-orgasmfeeling in my inner upper legs. Like I was havely aroused. But I think that was more because I longed for an orchidectomy for a long time and felt euphoric afterwards. Besides, like I sad in my thread, I have some wannabe-feelings about paraplegia and experiencing it due to the epidural seemed to make my arousal even more prominent. But it took an hour or ten after my the feeling in my legs returned to get my first erection.

Getting an orgasm automatically when getting an double (or second) orchidectomy seems like a fantasy. But I can't tell for sure since I only have one removed so far...

This is a all to frequent problem as they BELIEVE the online information, with out double checking and end up dead or in ER. OR they believe the online rewrite of HISTORY

My post-surgical dissection exams of the removed testicles showed them to have adult spermatozoa.

I think that for people who seek castration purely as a fetish, that they might achieve orgasm during the act. For example, I'm into heavy masochism and one thing I do sometimes is crush my balls in the automatically closing door of my minivan. Those doors are designed to not break kids fingers, so they do stop, but not before putting some pretty intense pressure on a squishy testicle, and furthermore you never know if the door might not stop. Anyway, about half the time when I do this I orgasm. Once I even orgasmed just before it closed. This is without any other stimulation of the penis.

So, I think that if a person was seriously aroused by castration that it is possible to orgasm during the act. But of course it is dumb to get castrated for fetish reasons. The vast majority of people getting castrated, and who post here, have valid reasons related to identity and so the act of castration isn't likely to arouse them.
