500 Mg Robain up to 3 times daily for Musoskeletal pain due to Fibromyelga "Immune Radiation Induced"

1 mg of Klonopin For panic attack and severe anxiety

2.5 mg of Norvasc twice daily for Angenia and High bloos pressure associated with anxiety attacks

Vitamin-B 12 I start due to Precisious Anemia waiting on pill pack, would rather try Capsuled than injections any insight or suggestion on any changes.

Lidocaine 5% Gel for skeletal pain and muscle pain from severe MVA

I started on 1.62% Androgel due to partial L full R bilateral Subcapsular Orchiectomy by a Urologist due to cancer risk, radiation tx, untreatable orchitis and had enhancement implants to maintain my scrotum, I am now using 1 pack of 40.5mg Androgel as the insurance no longer will be covering the 1% which I used 2 5gm packets at 100mg, before that I was at 3-4 packets "With my old Dr" then down to 2 now due to my PDP/Insurance, they require me to Triate from 40.5 Mg up to 81 Mg Max is all they will allow or pay for unless I wanted to try the Patch, I rather use Androgel 1.62%

My Physicians prescribed Depo Testosterone at one time from their my Dr put me on 1% Androgel as I had a substandard regular Cream that did not work very well, I felt better with no Testosterone than with injections due to the Roller Coaster effect even weekly.

I was not able to function on the Depo Testosterone very well, my Internist took me to 200mg weekly I decided the 2nd week with the M.D. it was not working, I was really tired, fell asleep it seemed as if the first 3-4 day's I could maintain a sex drive and mood excellent then after that Wham-o to my mood and sex drive aggression I could barley get out of bed on the lower dose when I started, I actually feel better on 40.5 mg of the Androgel daily then 200 mg of Depo Testosterone weekly, perhaps I did not give it a chance, but it makes me feel very sissy and docile more so than the Gel's , I felt good but before the next injection I got really bad heat sweat's sex drive went completely away. On 100mg a Week I was not able to maintain a sex Drive, I could perhaps have Sex once during the week then from that we went to Androgel and Triated to 10% 2 packets of the 1% 50mg Androgel or 7 pumps with 1 prime=8 "Now Discontinued" and they will not authorize me to use the Generic or Packets due to the 1.62% being on the Drug tier so the PA went through. The inusrance wanted baseline test's however with no testicular function etc we were able to get around this.

I will be having lab tests next month or in the next 14 day's+, I am hoping perhaps 60.5 mg works for me, I have felt a change from the old Gel to the new one, my mood is ok, I am not tired, my Sex drive is very weak though and my pain is increased with this dosing. I honestly don't think one pack of this new androgel is going to work, I don't see why I could not just be given the same dosage as the Pharmacist said it was the same base but the Mas Recommended dosing is 81 mg and my Dr's think I will do fine on 1-1.5 packets, which I may, I have heard where some Dr's prescribe more than 81mg, however my Physician will only Do 81 mg Triate to or I would have to switch to a compound, which I would have to pay cash for where my insurance approved a PA for Androgel 1.62% due to the 1% being Phased out and made into a Generic now, the Generic 1% Generic is not going to be on my PDP Tier, so I will have to either hope this 1.62% works or switch back to a compounded Gel, I don't feel that they work as well as the Androgel 1% unless it's in the same base which my Physician and Pharmacy were able to manage.

While I waited for my Prescription 40mg 1ml C-Testosterone Gel I used and have not noticed a strong Sex drive at all since going onto this dose from the 1%. I have been able to maintain my mood though, I don't seem as strong though and have lost my appetite and my stomach is making noises. It is working I feel, however my Sex Drive is very weak and I have not been able to maintain a full erection as I was able to achieve when was on my 1% Androgel dosing, I am not sure what else would be suggested to add to my protocol anyone.

Due to the inside of my testicle being removed, the Dr's saw no use for HCG? I used HCG, which actually worked very well then I developed Orchitis again and a tumor which resulted in having to have surgery, which I am complete recovered from the operation and infection.

Dr. and Nurses removed all the cells from the L testicle and part from the R one and used an FDA solid Silicone implant in the tunic of the R side and left side, they actually based the size of the implants it off a testicualr ultrasound from before I had atrophy some years back, so my scrotum is full again.

Now that I have lost my testicles I am attracted to guys, I also don't just get hard anymore just thinking about a hot chick. I am actually attracted to guys now and have been Bi Sexual, however have no Drive for women like I did, I would like to start a life with someone that can understand me.

I still like chick's just think I miss the huge package I had that was always hard and wet.

I am Pushing 30 years too old now :~), I had Orchitis and testicular problems for a while due to Orchitis and radiation exposure which resulted in Auto immune orchitis along with infection later on, the Urologist decided due to all the problems with the testicles partial L full R bilateral Subcapsular Orchiectomy due to Chronic Testicular pain associated with it also resulting in the Pain management specialist suggesting a urologist because the pain was so bad I had to be prescribed a lot of pain medications and it would not go away, it was treatment resistant Orchitis which resulted in partial infraction of the L Testicle and leading to atrophic testicles with severe Chronic pain still, I was removed from my HCG as this may have made it worse the Urologist said, now they say I don't need HCG, I was wondering if anyone may have an insight or any further suggestions of any other medications to my protocol?

I will be using Viagara, however the insurance does not cover it and expenses have been tight having a Son and Daughter to help raise.

you may want to drop the Arimidex and see how you feel. If you aren't taking really high levels of T, then your E2 levels shouldn't get very high. Low levels of E2 will affect your libido and erections as much or more than low levels of T.

I am hoping the Dr's raise it, I am just starting out on this because of the insurance covering the 1% any longer which I used at 100-150mg daily since triating to my original Testosterone levels.

What would you suggest to improve the Sex drive a supplement perhaps, or wait to see how this works, I enjoy remaining male and anticipate to remain as masculine as I can, I had always played football, sports, been very active in high School and College.

I keep on wanting to ejaculate, but I know if I ejaculate I will not be able to for another few day's on this dose, so I want to wait, I can still get a full errection if I work at it ut's fown to about 6.0" if I get lucky from my original 8.5" then it goes limp right away, before it would always stay hard and I would pre cum more, it's more dry now and the ejaculations are not as thick, I had very thick and long ejaculations when I had my testicles in full, I can still feel that the one is their or has the testicle just all the semes and leydig cells are removed, it is just the inside removed, so on that side I have part of the testicle then and the epidimitis, just no cells to make sperm or testosterone about the rasin when I am on lower doses of testosterone you can feel the cells, when I am on a higher dose it is barley noticable, it is not enoug testicular tissue to make more than 139 g/dl of testosterone anymore stimulated with HCG then on my other supplements, so I have no testosterone production perhaps 25-50 ng/dl with the current tissue and it's almost all gone from being on the hormones etc, some is left now that I have to Triate with the 1.62%, I will be glad when I get tuned on this New Androgel again, the max dose is 81mg, it absorbs very well.

I had this choice or Patches, I choose the gel best. I have used the old version of the patch, seems they are making them better to absorb so have a slightly lessor dosing as Androgel 1% Max Fda Recommended was 100mg the 1.62% is 81mg, which I assume I will be on by next year or the 60.5 the lower dose is 20.5 for guys who get too high on the 40.5 1.62% Androgel which is not my case, I wish I could have started at 81mg 1.62% in place of the 100mg 1%, When I used compounds the Dr's used up to 200mg daily and before things got so strict I was on 150mg of Testosterone Gel when I first had very Low Testosterone to avoid the adverse body effects and shrinkage of penis, which had taken place anyhow. I use to just get hard not thinking about it, a full boner and wake up as well as go to bed with one, I was always semi hard, now I go limp, I am Euro Cut so Uncircumcised when I had my testicles and when my testosterone levels were maintained to my original levels I maintained it until the Dr. Switch me to 80mg of Depo Testosterone because I got tired of the Gels, compounds Pricing etc, it did not work out well for me we went up to 200mg and the 2nd week as I said after Day 3-4 I went limp and could not even get a wood perhaps semi hard like it was before I lost my testicles is the best, so like 3"-4" I would ejaculate do well fine up until day 3-4 and it was as if I was completely castrated with no hormones, the thing is when you have no testicles I feel that HCG would do no good also, I have an empty Tunic preety much but for 10% of the Cells in the Tunic were left behind say which is very little and will adventually absorb into my body as originally it was about grape sized, my original size of testicles were the size of LG Eggs, the implants I am hoping to have replaced with slightly smaller ones as my penis has shrunk and the original size just is not matching up and when it's cold the side that has the Testicle still just all the cells removed out of it get's sore having the implant and I think I may have had slight Orchitis when the testicular ultrasound was done to compare my size to make a custom implant out of an FDA approved material that is manufactured as a soft Solid silicone implant, I will be getting Humana PPO hopefully as they so well with guys like us and hopefully get new implants to b better match the size of my penis and the Scrotum they did a slight Scrotoplasty, however my orignal testicles moved around a lot and the implants and the R Testicle that had had the Leydig cells and Semen cells removed that side is slightly larger and I wonder if anyone could suggest any Physicians in the US that work with Testicular Implants say i CO, NM,TX AZ, I did not anticipate for my penis to get so small limp it's about 2-2.5" vs 3"-4" before Orchitis and removal of the testicle and removal of the cells inside the Tunic testicle on the other side. Any suggestions on the new 1.62% Gel anyone using it?

I just started on this from my 100mg daily dose of 1% Andropgel to 40.g ng/dl I am much more calm and level minded, but it takes a lot now I notice to get hard, I woke up semi hard today and slightly wet, I think because of the dosage change then went completley limp.

I am uncut and before part of my head would stick out, after going below my original testosterone levels, I have less anger aggression, I can still get Semi hard with no Testosterone but it's soft and goes completely limp after where before I would ejaculate 8.5" hard even was a goot 7"-7.5" when I was on Viagara and the Androgel 1% at 150mg and 100mg.

You think the 1.62% Androgel at 81 mg will be a good exchange for me, injections do not work for me I am a hypermetaboliser.

If I would have had better Physicians when I got infection and the issues would have been treated more seriously, I would have still had my testicles. I really did not want to loose them, then again I may have to have what's left of the one that had the Epidimitis etc attached.

In other countries they could use my stem cells left and grow me new testicles, it's sad that we don't have that here.

I also tried no testosterone and it's not for me, I like my aggression, anger, woodies, what can I do at this point to maintain it as I am a Eunuch now having no Leydig cells, my one Tunic is empty I can feel the epidimitis swell up and nothing is inside but you can feel like Veins which are the cells left in the tuniic, they were grape sized in one area now they have moved around into the tunic and spread out, I don't have enough testicular cells left for a biopsy of that would remove what is remaining, I have been considering asking the Dr's to remove the Empty Testicle since it is causing pain in the cold and when my Testosterone is low that side swells and get's sore, so I am assuming I have epidimitis though I have no cells left in the tunic really and my body will absorb what's left with the higher levels of testosterone.

Ahh well thank you so much, I am having a rough time with it.

I was on the Arimidex as I was on higer doses, I am not on this dose by choice and know with labs they will raise it with this one though they will not go over 750 ng/dl as that is the FDA Guidelines, so my original levels were in the 800's-1000's which really bites if you want them replaced to the normal level.

Now they have given me the choice to use a compounded Gel at my original dosing, or to Triate on the Androgel 1.62%, I have until next year to decide my next appointment, as I know we will need to Triate with only 40.5mg and no testicles to stimulate with hcg,.

What do you feel a good Testosterone level would be for me and do you think Androgel 1.62% would be a good exchange to my old Protocol, or do you think out of pocket Generic Androgel or Testosterone Gel would be the better option?

In terms of Testosterone creams and gels, my favorite is Androforte 5% cream (just search it on Google). I don't know what you're paying for Androgel, and Androforte isn't cheap, however it is really effective because it is the only cream that is designed to be used on the scrotum skin. You see with most of these gels, they have you rub it on your stomach, legs and stuff but those areas of your body don't absorb medication that well and so you're wasting a lot of it. Scrotum skin absorbs very well, but most creams and gels will cause irritation if you apply there (this is also why they say to apply Androgel to different places because it cause irritation). However, Androforte has been designed to not cause irritation.

I've used it daily for years and it works great, no skin irritation, and you can really feel the testosterone boost.

Anyway, just wanted to point that out.

There are other medications and supplements that can change your hormone levels, but all the ones I know require working testicles. For example I use Clomid which helps promote testicle activity, and I use Progesterone cream (which is a precursor to testosterone).

If you don't have testicles, then pretty much the only way to get male levels of testosterone is to take testosterone directly (via injection or creams/gels).

You may also want to have your DHT and prolactin levels checked. One of your medications may be interfering with with aromatization of T to DHT which is about 50x more potent than T. Your anti anxiety medication may also cause erection issues.

I would still have them check your E2 levels because body builders that take T usually take an anti estrogen and often have problems from driving their E2 levels too low. You MUST have a certain amount of E2 for healthy erections and libido.
